Eventhough the monsoon wind are heading from Japan to South East Asia, it is confirmed that we are in no danger by radioactive rain, even Taiwan, the closes non- Japan island to the Fukushima plant doesn’t detect any increase in their Radiation level for the 24 hours.
Additionally, Scientists in Indonesia, Singapore and Phillipines have concluded that the radiation from Japan will not reach us stating that we are simply too far away to actually be affected by it. A radiation shower would require a complete meltdown of Japan’s reactors.
Althought, Dr Benjamin Sovacool, assistant professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore, told a local news website that it would take days or weeks for a radioactive cloud to reach Singapore. So please avoid
